I know I don't get it if there is any meaning beyond the initial intro sentence, and I don't care. It's a fantastic, almost hypnotic combination of audio and video. Don't over think this sort of thing, generally there is no deeper meaning, even if someone says there should be, and if there is one, the one everyone thinks of probably isn't what the artist was going for.
