Song of Songs is a 1914 continental European pop song and so filled with nostalgia, the damned thing almost makes me cry. This is strictly a soprano party, shamelessly, gloriously romantic, both men making love to the melody the way the OLD MAN could do it in his best Richard Tauber cum creole soul manner.
