@Mr19thIndiana Its called Irish dancing not Celtic Dancing & you could do it if you tried, i dance for Sean Eireann Mcmahon & used to dance for Scoile Rince Ceim Oir
but there are probably some adult classes near you somewhere i know the schools i have danced for dont but the are likely to be some near you. Irish Dancing is a fun way to meet new friends & to keep fit & if you dont find anything under adult irish dancing classes try adult ceili classes (ceili is a team dance)

@Mr19thIndiana same here, got a litle splint from a grenade through my knee in iraq so i cant do it enymore, was able to do it before, but cant enymore
