Great match!! It's too bad that there is no more serve and volley player in today's tennis tour. All the coaches are teaching the kids the same style. Even in Wimbledon, players are playing from the back. I don't dislike base liner but the lack of variety in today's game is quite boring. Back then, there were players playing with different styles.

@newworldharbour you can also blame that on changes in racket technology (much bigger heads) as well as changes in court surfaces (the ball doesn't skid the way it used to on wimbledon grass)

@brentisverycool the ball doesn't just skid less on grass. now it sits up at waist level. and the ball sits up high on hard courts too, which isn't how it used to be

@JDMFLiPBOi That's true man... Sampras-Edberg what an incredibly talented pair. Haha I'm from Spain and here people say that Sampras was awful because he just played serve & volley. They also say that Federer has no talent. Here in Spain Nadal is the best player ever, he is the only one who knows how to play tennis indeed, because here tennis is some boring and endless forehand rallies from the baseline. This is hell I want to live in a country where people know about tennis...
