I think obese is a solution of the cavemen to store food for times there is less. And so the reason that our species still exists. I think cavemen were if they had enough food. They moved more, they had fresher air, less sugar, less tension. It is not sure if they were healthier but if they were it could have many causes.

Maybe you can do a test and start at a sertain weight and eat a lot of raw meet. Then when you are back on the same weight you eat the same amount of baked meet.
