yes normal psp can play it, as psp's are region free, if you download it you can also get a patch for the iso that makes it english

daora's bow, 264 raw damage and 160 Ice element with +20% affinity. normal shot of rapid Lv3, 1st charge scatter of Lv4, and 2nd charge of pierce Lv4.
power, paint, poison and para coating are usable.
it can be upgraded so it'll have 300 raw dmg, 180 ice element, +30% affinity. nrml shot of rapid Lv 3, 1st charge of scatter Lv4 and pierce Lv 5. :)
