it's not just the tempo, but it seems like in some parts you hurry too much when you should at most play it on tempo.. especially in the first part, before 'un poco mosso', you could add some rubato at the end of each bar. Also, the left hand is too loud.. in my opinion it should 'flow' more, as if you were playing a harp (which was one of Debussy's favourite instruments). But I really liked it though, you show a lot of feeling and that's a good thing.
