Does not work in Word 2010 and people have been complaining about it for a long time.

This video is mis-representative of what the product can do.

Mine is worthless without use in Word 2010!

I'd like my money back (and the hours I've spent trying to get it to work as even the support here refuses to acknowledge this severe shortcoming).

@jwquinlan This works automatically in Word 2010 or 2007 with Windows 7, but you the "Tablet PC components" enabled for Windows 7.

although the computer your using is a mac.... i cant figure out how to do ANY of the handwriting stuff. ESPECIALLY in word... and I have Microsoft Word for Mac: 2008
