An even better idea is placing the tv behind a cover which extents the wall itself. This can then retract, showing the tv.
This idea looks great, but takes up a lot of useful space.. I mean, I'd like that extra meter of space in my room, rather than using it for a cool display.

funny idea. however it would take a lot of space in the wall.
having it rise from the back of the hed of out of the ceiling or a small ridge in front of the wall would be more space-efficient.
anyway good idea though. (and pretty well animated)
