The beginning of the music is... wierd and bad. The rest is good though and the drums are great. I'd still have expected better from Sega.

And why do I get the impression that the city planners specifically designed the city so that Sonic could run through it?

it's a good stage but watch out for the time(for jump and run) or else you will die a lot of times :P
