i think it's good, but shooters will wise up. more stabbings, maybe silenced guns, more cars used to leave the spot quicker etc. shotspotter doesn't solve the problem, which is: WHY THERE ARE SHOOTINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
little to no opportunity, so there's poverty and crime. create opportunity, and there will be less poverty and crime further down the road. invest in youth, specifically young males. education, education, education!

umm this is very flawed, cops usually take like 20 minutes to respond and it only gets within 25 meters which is soooo much space to get away with
