ive been on several fires with this outfit and have seen the work that these guys do...and they suck! had to clean up there mess on more than one occasion.
@00103489 I call your bluff. Who are you? Have you ever even stepped one foot on a wild fire? Oh you must be the guy who failed his pack test. I myself work for a wildland contractor out of Prineville. I have worked close at hand with the boys at Northwest. And I am not alone in saying that they do a fine job. Very well qualified!! Thanks guys for keeping us safe!!! God bless!
These people are rookies on fires. Yeah they may be ok cutters but they are not anything special. There are a lot of excellent fallers out there, that have been on the fire line long before she showed up...... Shari started this company out of pure greed. She is out to pad her own pocket... I personally know of cutters that would have nothing to do with her or her company.. It is all ego based!
dnr guys might say same about forest service.right wyatt/matt.dan and mark say hi.have ya heard how aqua logger is doing set him free.join ax man/facebook site and chime in. hope to see ya on fires this summer
fallers shouldn't have to be associated with the joke and laughing stock of the pathetic agency we all call the forest service.. aka.. traveling chow hall, circus, radio jabbering show
hey a lot of forest service folks are great people to work with. work with them all from top brass to lowly grunts. sure there a some idiots but you cant lump them all in a blanket statement like that
those trees are turned into durable products like timber which retain the carbon stored in the wood, then a new forest grows, absorbing more carbon from the atmosphere, and more efficiently. sorry, but you should learn about forestry
quit breathing your releasing carbon dioxide, hold your breath lessen your carbon foot print.you ever see a large fire plume wonder how much carbon and other gas and particals are being released.
seems like a waste of a resource... let it burn!!!!!!!!! that's what mother nature intended

This sounds like a bureaucratic nightmare ! Fifty "Safety managers" for four cutters and the like. Probably a tax money black hole too !
