Also, while the lyrics are *much* better than a lot of the other stuff out there, if you don't agree with your own lyrics, I wouldn't sing them (why advocate what you don't actually support?). If you do agree with these lyrics, then I ask to you to remember that you're advocating America turning back to an age without YouTube (or the internet, or cars, or technology in general).

I *can't* compose music. But, I don't post my singing on-line, and seeing as you have posted this on-line, I'm assuming you're open to criticism. The guitar at the beginning and throughout the song is very nice. The melody, however, is another story. Many parts of it are beautiful, but those same parts are repeated so many times that the beauty eventually fades into boredom.

I also applaud you for singing your own song instead of singing an already well-known song (and either trying to sound unique and failing miserably, or trying to sing like the original singer and failing even more miserably).
