like the video. as for obtaining a strong rank quickly, the fastest i have ever seen, or heard of, was 1d in 9 months. it took me a year and a half to reach 1d, I've been playing for two and a half years and am just now 2 dan. for all those of you studying to become dan, best of luck ^_^. if you are 30k-2k, i teach on KGS. user name Elmarias.

:/ ive only been playing this game for less then a week and im already 4k...then again sum people understand it better then others :D that and my library has a bunch of joseki books that i study with and a few people know how to play in the library so i practice with them ^-^

somehow... I find that hard to believe. True, there are people who understand the game better than others... but Go is not a game that you can quickly rise in rank in a mere week. I play the game myself, and I know first hand that it is not to be underestimated. If it was so simple, I highly doubt that there would be schools dedicated to a life-time of studying the game. In fact, if it were that easy, there would be no need for Go schools at all! There wouldnt even be Pro's!

there's quite some difference between 10 and 25 kyu XD but still.. keep training you can get to 15 kyu at lteast in quite few time
