Lou - we need to start a band! - The guitar you made for me so many years ago has Jimi's DNA on it - forever grateful - should have got his autograph -
@cooperoo45 Ken, Sorry I never responded, didn't realize you had made a comment. Lou is my uncle. I'll pass the comment on to him. He doesn't use a computer, too busy making guitars!
@krazy4poodles I have one of your guitars, Lou, that I got in a trade a few years ago, would love to find out the history of it. Arch top with a rounded cutaway, wooden bridge and the strings are very close to the body. The pickup is a re-wound mini-humbucker attached to the neck, and the volume and tone knobs are on the pick-guard.
Rick, I will pass your message on to Lou. He's my uncle and I talk to him often. I'll get back to you with any comments he has about the guitar. He's an amazing man! 94 yrs old now and still working in his shop. He does a lot of guitar repair work and right now he's building a huge doll house for me! Thanks for your inquiry.
Thanks very much - one other detail of the guitar is that it has a 1/8 inch phone jack in the end pin. I have a pic that I could send - or I'm near Saugerties and would love a chance to meet Lou.
No worries - You have an incredible uncle! Mr.. Mancuso is my guitar hero - and friend.
Ask him about the .45 grips he made for me - incredible.
Thanks so much for doing this for him.
Best,
ken

I'm sure he'd be happy to see and talk to you. Email me and I'll give you his number. Krazy4poodles@yahoo.com.
He had a booth at the Woodstock guitar festival that was held at the Holiday Inn earlier this year.
