I don't think it's possible for the Bloc to have a majority, they only run in Quebec and that province doesn't have enough seats on its own to form a majority. That would only happen if the party started to run and win seats in other provinces, because you need 155 seats in Parliament to form a majority. But in the 90's it did form the official opposition in the Federal government when Chretien was in power.
