These are just chinese lanterns or helium baloons with LEDs inside as their were going upwards only :D im not sure about the one that was going fast and horizontally at the end

I dont know... this seems to me as the lens flares, or some reflections on the glass.

This effect is achieved having some glass in front of the main lens. As I am photographer, I see this with the screwed filter on the lenses when I am filming some light spots (stars, city lights, candles etc.) In this case the Iphone's plastic lens cover works this way. Thats just MHO.
