To get a good rich flavour use about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of dark 70% or more cocoa, organic is also a great option. Try not to use hot chocolate mixes as that has milk powder and extra sugar/calories :-)

@1THETRUTH10 lol me neither unless its got loads of sugar in it! which is bad. if you not using meal replacement mix try a tsp of cocoa powder :-)
