@Thatneonguy and with a 2.4 stroker i would NEVER get traction on street tires btw my sohc happens to come from the factory with a hotter cam and is basically a stripped 95 acr sedan (damnit i miss my cup holders) aka the fastest neon made short of the srt4 which stock has a hard time beating me granted the potential is far better for the srt4

I'm fairly sure that a different blower would have allowed it to beat the mustang. It's a centrifugal unit, if you changed it to a roots or twin screw (Kenne Bell, Techco, etc) I think the instant hp/tq delivery would have helped it keep pace.
