@COHCommander I know this was 2 years ago but anyway.. For ATI - CCC>Overdrive>then select your clocks. For nVidia MSI - MSI afterburner then change your clocks from there. Other nvidia - riva tuner. You could also use GPUtool for either of them, but unless you know what you're doing you have a chance of ruining your card.
