  • Nice photos, thank you!

  • Thank you so much for this. So special and precious. Those guys are all the same as I am. I hope their lives were are happy as their photographs.

  • If you look closely, you can detect that the guys may really be brothers, father & son, or cousins. Males weren't as weird about displays of affection between blood relatives as is the case now.

  • I need some gay loving.

  • HOW IS LOVE A THREAT???!!!

    THINK PEOPLE , THINK

  • Beautiful! We shall overcome the irrational, immoral, inhumane, unChristlike and unethical myth of heterosexual-supremacy!

  • I'm sure one of these pics is Susan's father & John Cheever...not that there's anything wrong with that...

  • I've seen most of these photos before on flickr, but it doesn't seem to matter how many times I've seen them before. Every time I look again, I'm filled with such powerful emotion I can scarcely describe it.Affection between men is so powerfully intense, so indescribably deep and beautiful. I feel bad for men who've never known it, and who, looking at these images must feel only a faint shadow of what I can feel of these men's love. It's as if I can almost touch them through the expanse of time.

  • The one with the Teddy Bear is sweet and gets to me...

  • A really great assemblage of photos of guys being affectionate and spontaneous with one another-- even when they're consciously posing, or deliberately playing the fool! How many such events were lost to posterity before Mr Eastman's 'Kodak' gave the world a cheap, easy way to document them.

  • @ejack2000 Thanks for your words, they really mean a lot to me.

Have a wonderful week and take good care.

  • a classic classic! this is wonderfully heart warming. so glad these men found each other. great chosen soundtrack. if you have similar photos from the 50s and 60s, the song "so much in love" by the tymes would be good as accompaniment.

  • @WhineWomanandSong

I take good note of your comment and yes, I think i'd make this vid as soon as I find the time.

  • Simply BEAUTIFUL.Real men being unashamedly loving together.I was born in the wrong era.Oh,I know times were much tougher for two men together back then, but I sometimes think we've lost that mystique of the by-gone era.A wholly enjoyable montage which I thank you for.

  • Gays don't bother me at all.

  • Superb ! thank you so much ! your work is a piece of art.

And it's useful : so many young gay think that they "create" gay life.

Sorry for my english : I do my best, but I'm a French frog...

  • @JessEfromPrag

    Salut toi.

Merci beaucoup pour ton super commentaire, franchement j'apprécie beaucoup.

Et ne te fais pas de soucis pour ton anglais, je ne suis pas mieux, étant moi-même une grenouille.

    Gros bisous à toi.

    Ciao Bello!

What an "Awesome" montage of extant photos from "Queer" yesteryear! The "Ink Spots & Ella" track is positively sublime! Director Ridley Scott used the "Ink Spots" for a cool "Chanel" ad, during the 1980s, and I actually found it here on YT!

    Grazie Mille Uomo Bello!
