um dude sorry to say but your description & vid are a epic fail, this is why= you need ggmm not mod manager, second you dont need a disc version you just need one with a directory, and the skyline isnt "crazy", its trainers....

when I first played this game (I was 14) I cheated so much that I had -8000 points score, a ghost town and thought it was a bug or sth

now I have played it without any cheats - no ghost town- rampage time and fucking 100%

Thommy Vercetti may be the coolest GTA character but GTA SA has more in store

both games are great and I will always play them :D

You can do this without a mod. Just rename handling.cfg in the data folder into handling.txt and voila! You can change the density of any vehicle so that you can bump into other cars without bouncing yourself. Just remember to rename it back to handling.cfg after editing.

you can get better results for this by using a trainer. U use the device for solid granet car and it works the same way onlything is that your car doesnt get effected everything else flies off
