What the hell is the purpose of that?  Can't an electric wheel chair do the same thing? Being in Japan people don't realize japanese technology is just as advanced as anyone elses. Except they do things noone really thinks or cares about doing. Even cellphones there are not as advanced. When the Iphone came there people went nuts. Smart phones did not exist before it here. Japanese are also really brand concious people they would not buy anything else. But they do contribute to science.

Are you retarded? Literally. They use to be better for a long time because their computer technology was and still is lagging. Cellphones were a semi alternative to check their mail and play music. Now processors are getting small enough to use for todays smartphones. Now they are starting to fall behind. Besides they did not invent anything either for or the cellphone it'self.

This is just the walking mode...they have a cruise mode that has like a top speed of 20mph...so I'm assuming the wind shield is for bugs.
