  • Hi..It seems like you've mentioned a high volume of daily calories...whereas I was told to maintain a 500cal/day. Can you pls rectify?

  • You could eat that little if you are interested in becoming anorexic. The body requires a minimum of 1000-1200 a day just to function. Better do a little research.

  • hey. I was wondering what that website you were talking about, the one you were talking about. Yeah I agree with newbirth35. I strength train 3 days a week. But when I am walking or jogging, I do have 3lbs dumbells.

  • I do cardio and strength on the same day (strength first when I am fresh and cardio last), but I only do it 3 days a week, not every day. The other days of the week I do various amounts of walking.

  • I allow myself more calories on days I workout. I eat under 1300 on days I don't work out and under 1400 on days I do workout. Yes, that's low, but I weigh a lot less than you and have a super low metabolism. If I eat just 1600 a day I gain weight like crazy.
