@theonick I agree! Honda was once known for being the trend setter when it came to automotive ingenuity and style. There recent vehicles have been a nightmare starting with the truck...then it all just kept getting worse. I think unless some designers & engineers step up their game every Korean and other Japanese automaker will leave Honda in the dust.
I like it! Its like a poor man's porsche panamera. I think this would make a good weekender car. Strap some mountain bikes on the top. Throw a cooler in the back. Fill the seats with friends/fam. Good car! Not going to be a young person's car? Oh come on. I'm a 19y/o guy. This would be cool to have. Saw this in a new gangsta brown color with black accents. This reviewer sounds like he likes the cars back in the 80/90's when toyota dominated.
what the hell?? no duh its "hatchbacky" it is a hatchback. and how is it too conservative?? This "guy" is a complete idiot. He needs to stop speaking for other people.
Under motored? All I've been reading about on these comments is how Honda should offer a 4 cyl. version of the crosstour. If you want a race car get a sports coupe, not a Damn SAV, SUV, etc. We are all sick and tired of hearing old school Honda Fanatics complain and wish for the good old days. You start this video properly stating what the crosstour is not, then end it by telling us what you wish it was. Your Review is riddled with contradictions.
what a fucking asshole!!! "I don't like it cause it's too 'hatchbacky'..." WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU? AND YOU EVEN SAY YOU LIKE CIVIC HATCHBACKS... you dont make sense! Hatchback gives the car more space to fit huge things like a 45" TV... How the fuck are you gonna fit that in a normal fucking trunk? THINK ABOUT THE UTILITY OF THE VEHICLES YOU REVIEW (I dont call this a review, I call this fucking bullshit!) AND STOP FUCKING HATING ON A CAR BECAUSE ITS USEFUL...
same here! i hate how they say this car is aimed at men that are from 50-65....im young and i love this car....bye bye jeep cherokee...hello Accord Crosstour
Contrary to belief, the Crosstour is NOT an Accord variant. Its platform is based on the Accord's hence Accord Crosstour. On the Honda page, it's listed as a separate vehicle from the Accord.
I agree with a of you guys. I own the new honda accord with the v6 and nav. its o.k. i traed in my 07. for a 09 yes more space. power. the look is getting better as i put some stuff on it . but that new accord crosstour i dont know!!!! not to good for honda.
I own an accord coupe and looking at this new crosstour; I really don't like the way it looks and yes u are right thus would be something the older generation would drive; being that I'm 29, I really like sportier cars. I would like so see Honda redesign the accord coupe again and maybe come out with a hardtop convertible.
I completely agree with you. Honda to me is engine first and car maybe. I love the Civic Si which is why I own one and my family has a 2003 Accord and its great. The Pilot, Odyssey, CR-V are just regular cars that any car company can build.
What a bad review LeftLaneNews did. The host never really explained much about how it handles, brakes, or even the overall drive. Instead he just talked about how he misses the old Hondas and the video just shows outside driving clips of the car. No interior reviews? What type of gadgets do you get inside? You never go over any of that. The overall review is just horrible.
yeah hundai could of made a car for a hell of alot less but would it be the same quality no it wouldnt because hundai is crap made in some sweat shop for parts basicly
Like the Venza, the front-end reminds me of the Ford Edge, but the rest of the car is another story. And why is he comparing the economy of a 7-Seater Ford Flex to this 5 seater?
Overall I think I prefer the Honda style to the Toyota, but would much rather have the taller Edge which is less confusing than the "Hatchbacky" proportions of this car. Unfortunately, I think Honda has produced a dud here.
Why compare the Flex's 24 mpg in a negative light to this thing's 25? They have nothing in common. This Honda is big, but without utility/cargo space, expensive, and very ugly.
You also have to consider that FORD doesn't use any form of cylinder deactivation, is taller, and notably less sleek(?). So, 24mpg is actually quite good.
That reminds me of what a friend, who works at a Honda dealership, said he was told last year concerning the new Pilot facelift: "Its ugly on the outside to create more room on the inside." We are fortunate Ford didn't take that outlook on the Flex.
at 3:10 it's so look like Mazda CX-9

I live in Ohio and Honda's plant is just 10 minutes away from me house.
My dad works there and Honda allowed to my dad to take these car to the house, use, drive for 2 days and the results was pretty amazing...
These is a luxury car, is not like the Honda civic.

Hyundai already built this car back in the early 2000s with their Elantra hatchback. So Honda obviously isn't worried about them.

$37k? Youngbloods can't afford it, and Grayhairs aren't buying it. Scaled back as a wagon & compared to a 4cyl Forester, perhaps BOTH would buy it.
