  • I am curious why hwy 75 just south of St Norbert never had allowable speed adjusted up from the old 2 lanes at 60kmph--In spite of spending millions to make it a divided 4 lane highway. I also wonder why these southbound signs Were not upgraded to meet highway dep specs and give citizens adequate warning--this after years of ticketing with questionable signs in place.. You need only look at the northbound signs near Turnbull Dr to witness the extreme contrast in signage. this location needs

  • @lwj01998 because it is a gravy train for tickets. There has been numerous complaints and it's sad that guys still hang out there to get tickets due to their laziness.

    Can the mail system be blamed here in Winnipeg, causing the ticket to be thrown out?

  • @JJ2cool42 sorry for the late response. No, Winnipeg proceeds in Default which is technically illegal but they have not had any challenges. You are supposed to be legally served a summons in person before they can convict in default. The mail is not proper legal service.
