This just helped me clear up confusion I have had over the past few days. An older woman at work who I have become close to and has been a good friend the last few weeks has said some very insentive things to me. This just helped me clear up confusion I have had over the past few days. An older woman at work who I have become close to and has been a good friend the last few weeks has said some very insentive things to me. I have yet to tell her how I feel and may never tell her but will just start avoiding her. As a coworker its hard because I want to share things but cant risk my job. Yes she may be ignorant but thats no excuse in my book.

hmmm... now that I think of it, Renee and Erin C13 are so much alike... they keep letting themselves get in the way and act childish when things don't go their way, but take stunning photos. I think Tyra was being a BIT TOO biased towards Bianca in this case. Problem was Bianca also had difficulty trying to explain herself and how she didn't mean for things to come out the way they did since having Renee's mum = more pressure. She should have I think toned what she said down a notch though since - they WERE dealing with a VERY sensitive topic.
