i didn't make it from scratch, it's a diy reconstruction from a dress, i bought a ruffle dress, cutted off the top, and devided the skirt in 2 (upper part and lower part), then i sewed the 2 parts over each other to make it more puffy :)

it came with a black cardigan i bought... but it's really easy to make something similiar... i would just cut a really long piece of fabrib, fold it in half, sew it, and turn it inside out... and sew the ends... too bad i don't have a sewing machine yet :(

just use a belt, string or anything alike... bind it around your lower waist, then pull the the shirt up on the part above the belt... hope it makes sense...

i would suggest to find a way, to wear it as a strapless dress ;) or as a high waist skirt... if you like... just be creative.. take out all ribbons and/or belts out of your closet, and see what fits the best...
