guys this might sound crazy but im just guna say it. i think pein is yondaime. yondaime was one of jiraiyas students. andd i dont think yondaime ever lost a fight. Cuz look at that fat black kid. noway hes pein. and pein looks like yondaime to begin with and you know how he took only half of the nine tails chakra was given to naruto maybe the other half was to himself making him look like that.

Maybe pein is the 4th hokage corrupted by the dark half of kyuubi and from what 'tobi' said in this episode it seems to me like he is orochimaru. :p

i dont think minato is still alive tho but i still find it odd that he used the dead demon sealing justu to seal the fox away in naruto and not himself like how the 3rd did with orochimaru's hand....I guess the big question now really is where did the dark half go....aww and c'mon guy orochimaru is sealed away in kabuto

looks like to me pain uses a more refined form of orochimarus body stealing jutsu. thats what the capsules are, multiple bodies he uses probably with unique techniques for each, which all means he could still be the 4th or even madara.

actually no it isn't. we don't know what jutsu his element it, and personally, i think its lightning. I mean he has a technique known as the flying THUNDER god anyway. Pein is pretty weird with all his body hoppin, he could be minato, or he could be fatty with a new body.

am guessing pein technique is that he collects the dead akatzuki bodies. he is then able to leave his own body(which is the only way to kill him) and go into theirs. and able to use their jutsu and also is own. WTF they make him to flipping strong!
