Ok fair play - I'm not arguing with you, so you telling me that Jesus is God? He said himself in the bible that HE IS NOT. Listen to the Bible, we Muslims believe in its original state - otherwise we are not Muslims, but we all know how much people have tampered and changed it. All of the writers of the Bible believed that God was not Jesus. The idea that Jesus is God did not become part of Christian belief until after the Bible was written, and took many centuries to become part of the faith of Christians. Matthew, Mark, and Luke, authors of the first three Gospels, believed that Jesus was not God (see Mark 10:18 and Matthew 19:17).

To find something in these writings and claim that these teach that Jesus is God is to misuse and misquote what those authors are saying. What they wrote must be understood in the context of their belief that Jesus is a creature of God as they have already clearly said.

Some of the later writers had a higher view of Jesus, but none of the writers of the Bible believed that Jesus is God. The Bible clearly teaches that there is only one true God, the one whom Jesus worshipped ( John 17: 3).

@TheBennyBronko ALL of the gospels and ALL of the new testament writings CLEARLY (AS CLEAR AS DAY) teach that Jesus of Nazareth, was Christ, the Son of God, Lord and Saviour and the One Creator! @selfyeshua God gave the scripture to the Christians and Jews so that they could make known to the whole world and every nation the true knowledge of God: And remember Allah took a Covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it (3:187 AYA). Some of the Jews and Christians fulfilled this mission, others did not. Just as there are faithful and unfaithful Muslims so too the Qur'an distinguishes between Christians and Jews.

Therefore if you are a Muslim you should not attack the Bible - the Qur'an upholds it!The Bible is taught to be a source of guidance for Jews and Christians who wish to know the will of God, and so the Qur'an never asks them to deny it. The Qur'an says the Bible foretells the coming of Muhammad and it never says that "faithful Jews or Christians" have corrupted it.

The Qur'an never asks a Christian or Jew to accept it because their own scripture has become corrupt, rather they are asked to accept the Qur'an because the Qur'an claims, 1/ to confirm the teaching of the Bible, 2/ that Muhammad is foretold in the Torah and Gospel, 3/ the Qur'anic teaching makes clear what the Jews and Christians could not understand properly from their own scriptures. If its claims are true then that is good evidence for accepting it as the Word of God.

for thousands of years the study of Torah outweigh a number of mitzvoth, such as visiting the sick, honoring one's parents,and bringing peace between people A single day devoted to the Torah outweighs 1,000 sacrifices

@selfyeshua This is what a "Muslim" does on a typical day, Gets up at dawn - prayer , repeats this at 4 other intervals in the day. This act alone teaches us to be mindful of others and to promote peace and understanding. Give to the poor and be good to others even if they themselves have hatred towards you. I have a beautiful peaceful way of life - I NEVER doubt ISLAM - the simple message is " Worship only GOD and GOD ALONE. What is so difficult about that?

@selfyeshua Muslims of course beleive in the Day of Ressurrection and Judgment. We Beleive everyone will be held accountable for every individuals own actions, right and wrong. It is my duty as a muslim to invite you to the way that is ISLAM - with reasoning and common sense, not by force. Whether you take this advice, well that is entirely up to you. The Quran deals with All of US HUMANS (the creation) and is a way of life for all, NOT just JEWS or any other singular sect.

They have the alternative of either converting to Islam or paying the poll tax (jizya), short of which war will be declared against them.

The jizya can only be accepted from them if they occupy a territory where islam laws can be enforced. "Fight them until there is no persecution and religion becomes Allah's" [2:189]

"Say, `We believe in ALLAH and that which has been revealed to us, and that which was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes, and in that which was given to Moses and Jesus and other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them and to HIM we submit." (Qur'ân 3-85) It is, in essence, the same message and guidance which Allah (God) revealed to all prophets . Is that CLEAR????????
