Is the boss at 1:15 harder than the boss on World 7-Airship? If so how? because I think I saw at 1:25 some weird light that may inflict damage that came from Boom Boom's Spin /:L

Came to youtube to see if anyone beat my record. I just got 228 on crown 8 and I'm feeling pretty proud lol. Also didnt use tanooki suit, i learned to do this level without it since i kept dying, plus it feels way better when you do it this way. The first time i beat this level i didnt notice the platform and went on the letters too haha. When i saw the platform going by i was like damn... still managed to get to the end somehow tho lmao. Great video!

@UAEmajed96 get 5 stars on your save file - i.e. collect all star coins, finish all normal and secret stages with both mario and luigi, get all golden flags on all these stages

@chikorii i did all that but i did not do the mario and luigi part, do i have to play as luigi in both world or just the special world

@UAEmajed96 mario and luigi in both worlds. If you've beaten the W8 castle the 2nd time, you should be able to see M and L marks at the top screen's bottom right hand corner (in addition to the golden flag). So for every single stage in normal and special worlds, you need to see 3 marks - M, L, golden flag, and of course the 3 star coins.

@UAEmajed96 when you play as L, no need to get the star coins or get the golden flag again (if you've already done so with Mario). It's just to finish off each stage. If you've played through all secret stages as Mario, you will realize that's pretty quick with the skills you've gained.

I did exactly what this guy did, (taking no damage, and jumping across the green blocks since I was too stupid to see the yellow platform) except I used Luigi and used the tanooki suit with out turning into stone (but I also was too stupid to figure out that you could turn into stone with the tanooki suit for the whole entire playthrough of this game until after I beat the game and had looked at youtube videos).

@BallantinesPlaza After beating the Regular Levels as Mario, plus the Special Worlds, The Golden Flags, Getting all the Star coins and doing it again as Luigi Excluding Star Coins and Golden Flags. I don't care if someone uses a Suit for this level. It a well deserved break that the bottom line. It about beating the game anyway you can.

The suit is there for a reason. Now the Golden one you get that makes you immune

to everything but falling that is lame.
