I have a Delonghi ESAM4500 ... pretty much able to do the same but I bought it for only 650 eur. Been using it for over 2 years... average of 8 to 10 cups of coffee a day. Nice crema layer on top, good taste. I only use BRITA filtered water though, no tap water!!
I have to say mine doesn't look as neat but the Jura really is way too expensive.
Very cool! Almost identical to my Saeco. It would be handy if these could be hooked up directly to a water line, with a carbon filter. Kind of a pain to refill and to empty the "dreg drawer".
They can be had for quite a bit less if you are a costco member. Keep your eyes on their website. Ironically this is still cheaper than a once a day Starbucks habit.
Thanks! One of the best things about the machine is its on-demand, one-cup-at-a-time serving approach. That way you don't get stuck with a whole pitcher of coffee when you only want one cup.
Andreas did a good job on that one, but I told him that next time people would probably like an up-close, top-down view of the bean chute and the water container. :) -John

Nice change of pace video. Where is the machine made?

Big, the machine is made in Switzerland. You can buy them in the US at Costco or Williams Sonoma.
