looks like miniature versions of a lot of the bots seen on the UK's robot wars. that black one in particular looks like a plexiglas one i though was mortis which uses that design too, but with tank treads.

Note to the sit'n'spin o death: The lid "wants" to act as a counter weight so let it. Might even be able to utilize the natural counter force to form a new elongated weapon. you might lose a bit of control, but your impact will make up the difference. The "blind star of spining destiny" clearly has the most power but not the effectiveness of a true warrior legend. lol.....

Youre right about the star being a decent weapon because it has 15lbs of spinning weight,everything else you said is pretty much wrong, they dont utilize melty brain technology, they can only spin or drive, but not at the same time, as long as you dont hit them they cant do anything.

Im a teammate to the featured Alex Udanis while our team has won this competition three consecutive years, the past two with our bot featured at 0:13 and 0:42, beating up the star bot several times in the process.
