@1Sination Quest starts automatically, just make sure you download the ESP, not just the esm.

@1Sination to your question and for anyone wanting to find this place I was puzzled too took me awhile and I was doing the mod quest to rebuild kavatch (side note always look behind anvil where the church is to find the house for the flowers quest not directly west of anvil) anyway when you enter the dock from the city turn right and you'll find 7 bags and a portal to otherworld!

Bethesda probably could care less about Oblivion, sadly. Also the mod will be estimated 350MB. I'm working on it! Sorry there isn't an up-to-date release yet.

OK, you used green arial 72 and a const. fade entrance/exit for ALL the text. You spelt Strongholds wrong, and the whole thing looked like an onscreen camera while you noclip around some slapped together textures. This... really looked like crap. It looked like it was made by a twelve year old.

I like the scripted sequences hinted there, with the ghost running to reveal what I'm assuming to be it's corpse, reminded me of Arx Fatalis. However in its current form the architecture and geometry is extremely basic. Mind you, never started an Oblivion mod of my own so don't know how user friendly the map editor is so I can't possibly criticise :)
