being there was pretty sweet! glad to see a lot of people enjoying rocky hill speedway. i know the owner of the tan baja vw and it was pretty sweet to see him do that. i also got do drive it home so he wouldnt have to hook it up to his pick up to tow it. i think everyone out there had a good time either watching or participating in the event, i hope to see many more events being hosted at rocky hill speedway
@serjtoledo Defiantly a good time! Yeah the Baja and the Toyota 4Runner were my favorites. Does your friend drive the Baja much? I dont think i have seen it on the street. I always keep my eye out for them. Been a VW guy for years with a bus and daily drive a 4runner. Next time i will bring a tripod and get a better view point.
nice... that was me in the Titan, can't believe how slow i was off the arm drop on my 3rd run to get into the finals! i shoulda won it only if i had gotten the jump
Is this the Rocky Hill Speedway in Porterville? If it is, I used to race there back in the 70`s.

this is the old rodeo grounds to me. i spent much time there as a child. im glad its gonna be in use agian
