The bloke (Matt Forster) who didn't agree with tagging is an artist, not a graffiti artist (which is why we didn't hide his identity). He does watercolour "pieces", and isn't involved in the graffiti scene. We thought that it would be interesting to have views from regular artists as well graffiti artists. I personally think that he had some valid points, and was far from a "dickhead".

The documentary was supposed to show the art v's vandalism side of graffiti in Newcastle as it say's in the description... not just graffiti in general. Also, I filmed all of the shots of graffiti in an afternoon, which is why there's not a massive range of styles etc.
we visited the toon over the weekend for a night out. The city centre is actually quite clean, i was quite surprised. One guy did stick out though - Vigo

The decisions of these people in government and businesses, as THEY ARE SELF-APPOINTED with power having inherited this from their predecessors, AFTER, y'know CONQUERING AND DEHUMANZING other people, who created these laws.

It's a shame. It's deal of the elderly feeling somwaht provoked due to the idea of rather unpleasant violent thugs being the ones who do graffiti. (they tend to think its people with smelly rmpit with salt and vinegar crisps.). The generation will leave and graffiti will grow. (NOT AS IF ITS THE BEST SAYING!)

The bloke (Matt Forster) who didn't agree with tagging is an artist, not a graffiti artist (which is why we didn't hide his identity). He does watercolour "pieces", and isn't involved in the graffiti scene. We thought that it would be interesting to have views from regular artists as well graffiti artists. I personally think that he had some valid points, and was far from a "dickhead".

The documentary was supposed to show the art v's vandalism side of graffiti in Newcastle as it say's in the description... not just graffiti in general. Also, I filmed all of the shots of graffiti in an afternoon, which is why there's not a massive range of styles etc.
