A true democracy should include decentralization on a local level so as to better distribute and manage the funding that would raise the economic conditions within these provinces. This would stimulate the economy in creating jobs while also promoting educational programs that would benefit these societies while promoting autonomy and a better quality of life which was the whole point of the war in the first place.

@normalais the Geneva convention against war crimes. The U.S military has commited countless war crimes against civilians and simply got away with it. So who is truly the terrorist in this situation when the Iraq citizens are simply trying to defend THEIR country? And why are they there still? Al Qaeda has been flushed out and they are still there attacking civilians! And furthermore a Declaration of War was never signed by both govts, so its an illegal military action by the U.S.

My dad went through the 80's and 90's Soviet Union and my grandfather was a quite high ranked officer at that time, they'll know much more about these things, though they seem never to chose a side.
