  • i did a 5m double one ;) keep it up

  • which city is that gym in and whats it called ?

  • lets see u doing that out, not in a gym -.-

  • @trraucer stop hating.. douche bag.

  • man you awesome :X:X:X

  • You should really learn to vault split legged, you will get more of everything, and it will allow you to vault two objects quickly in succession that are very close to each other, which would be impossible using a two legged punch. But other than that it is pretty nice.

  • what do you mean by split legged?

  • Nice. But can you do that outside, where it matters?

  • 0:04

  • it was ok

  • wow that was huge!

  • nice but i can do a 7m kong

  • haha, do that on concrete...

  • O.o

    nice

  • sweet man

  • WOW YOU GOOD

  • is that a spring board i see?

  • sweet kong dude :D

  • but could you do that outside with out the padding?

  • Great vid, congrats huge kong!

  • GNAR DUDE!!!!

  • i no were tthat is its at 5 dock im not aloud to go dere now because a bitch went to the owner n told them that there were 14 yr old boys dere but now im 15 YAY

  • Very good vault.I cannot even do this vault.Anyway, one mistake:

Vaults,as long as they do not accompany any flips or any other disruptor of movement, are parkour.Free running are flips and stuff.

Again, very good.I have not seen a longer one...

  • good man

  • BICE MAN watch my video im pretty good at parkout toooototo

  • I like you're kong...but you can do it on someting hard....concrete or something??or is to risky?:P:P:P:P

  • with this distance, probably, cuz it seems easy to mess up

  • lol I wouldn't kong THAT far on anything but really soft stuff. I plan to attempt a kash on something longer though...

  • :O you own mate congrats on that vault

  • Yeah.. that's gymnastics you fool.

  • oooo, nice, awesome, i like it so much!

  • where ws this done?

  • five dock leisure centre, sydney, nsw, australia

  • @caraz Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy!

  • Learn split foot take offs

You lost so much speed by doing a two foot take off :(

    Otherwise not bad

  • you lose speed, but your more balanced and can get more distance more easily two footed. not everyone loses speed either. its practicing it. i think this is a nice kong personally

  • Not really... Unless you find it difficult to balance on one foot for a second or two the balance shouldnt really be any different, also no you don't get more distance from two footed, more height maybe but not distance.

  • you just contradicted yourself..in order to get more distance u must increase your speed at takeoff and your height.if you increase ur speed but not your height then all ur going to do is fall short of the end of the object ur jumping over and most probably face plant or something like that.

also .. if you go off two feet ur center of balance is dead in the center of you so you do jump straight..but if taking off one leg you need to take into consideration where ur other leg is when you jump

  • Ok think about it this way, longjumpers take off from one foot to get the maximum ammount of distance BUT on a spring floor/trampoline the two footed blocking techniques gives you more height as its a gymnastic technique to give you the maximum ammount of height in your flips

  • true . you do have a valid point. my only rebuttal about the longjumper is that the longjumper is jumping hips first where as in the kong you are launching your chest first.

But in reality in the real world which is more effective?...that is the next question

  • 1 footed, well many people kind of step in so 1 foot is infront of the the other, and the back one leaves the floor first....it allows for more power while being able to keep your stride and momentum..which doesent happen 2 footed really, be honest lol. so it is 1 footed, yet not at same time......thoughts?

  • i think u dont had to fear cause there was a nice pillowbottom :D

  • nice ... very good kong .. :D

  • good kong, weak landing

  • thanks... its a crash mat in a foam pit so it is not solid. (hence why it looks like i nearly trip over at the end) :D

  • That's i awesome huge kong:D

    Like it:)

  • Okay thats a fair distance but whats the point if you cant do it outside with concrete and where it might be useful? PM me...

  • Learn splitfoot, you will be more powerfull

  • You are second david belle

  • there is a spring thingy on the ground CHEAT !

  • no, it is gymnastics floor which has a little bounce in it. there is no "springy thingy" on the ground

  • great... but if this have 4 meters my dick have 9999 meters... but.... great job... i like it ;)

  • thankyou. if you dont believe it i'll put up another video of the same setup but 4.5m long with a tape measure running along side so you can see the length...if you wish?

    :D

  • it's clearly 4m you pillock,you probably couldn't kong 4" so why disrespect someone else's effort?

  • thanks ;)

  • more speed and you will do a 5m Kong...

    5/5

  • thanks :D

yea you can only get a certain amount of speed from an 8 step runup

  • dis iz sik lyk but it off da tumble track so yu get xtra spring

  • was that a trapoline i just heard? the kong is still nice though

  • no, its the sound of my feet jumping off the ground.... there's no trampoline there at all

  • hmm.. more speed and it would make a better kong since you land with your hands to close to the middle but I say the same thing as the last guy; If you do that in an urban area I will also eat my hat ;D

P.S. And please remove "Cat leap" from the title, it has nothing to do with this video.

  • thanks, yea i would have gone faster but i could only fit in 8 steps in.

next time i do it i will definately have a longer runup

  • how the hell is that a catleap its a diving

    kong!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thats a tumble track aswell. Alright distance but its not that impressive. If you can do those kind of distances outside on conrete I will eat my hat.

  • when i find a suitable area to try it then i shall let you know

  • this is a great kong.

maybe in some urban place wud be better...in a gym is sort of pansy :)

  • when i find an urban place that has a table that long i will post it up immediately

  • NOTE:

This Jump was redone at a later date and lengthened to a measured length of about 4.75m

Please pass this around and see if you can find any other recordings of kong jumps or if you can beat it because this might be a record....

if you do find something similar in length then please contact me at caraz_is_not at hotmail dot com

  • I can do that!! i did 34metre ! (Y)

  • omg! nice dude

  • cool! keep it up
