hey couldnt chloroform shown in the dipole - dipole diagram could also be considered a HYDROGEN BOND rather than a DIPOLE DIPOLE interaction???

The presentation seems well prepared and the instructor seems knowledgeable about what he's talking about and the program he's using, BUT, I couldn't bear to watch this entire video with this awful, metallic and scratchy voice.
