  • Has anyone used this with Cubase? They are supposed to be controllable through Midi interface like the CC121.

  • Im getting a horrible issue where my IPAD works for a while then stops working then comes back on again, its farking me off no end!!!! WTF ????

  • @VAD3R1 Oh Might have figured this out, had previously installed touchOSC via My Iphone, So There was a Possible Port Sharing Issue seems to have gone now that I have deleted the Iphone from the control surface Menu!!! So People take Note If you have Both! Have changed Ports Within the Iphone to 7001 and 9001 in hopes when it adds itself again it wont cause a conflict! thats If I ever use the Iphone again, cause The PAD controling Logic Is Sick, Will Post MYT Own video someday!!!

  • Cool!!!

  • Guauuuu, nice.

  • Did you play each track yourself or are these backing tracks.

  • @alphasxsignal I played each track.

  • i've seen you also have a mackie control

are u still need/use the mc anymore?

is the ipad enough for controlling logic?

  • Damn that layout is so awesome I want it

  • nice

  • bono!!

  • So when you say 'back and forth with the preferences' was that just getting the network set up right? or do you have to map out all the midi and presets for the faders in touchOSC to match logic or is all that pre-done for you?

  • I just did this with nothing but an Ipad, Logic, Macbook Pro and TouchOSC. You don't need Osculator or anything else. I just created a network with the Macbook, joined it with the Ipad, opened TouchOSC, then Logic. Logic detected that I had TouchOSC up and asked if I wanted to create a control surface. I said yes. I had to go back and forth to preferences a couple of times which seemed to refresh the setup and then it worked perfectly, setup just like video. Reason enough to own the Ipad.

  • how do I learn to do everything on this video, it's freakin amazing. I have touchosc on my iphone but I don't know how to set it up to work Logic like this.

  • @mobccmusiq in the beginning of the video you see how I set it up.

  • @mobccmusiq time and patience ....

  • r u using osculator?

  • @adigold1 nope.

  • when all the major editing software natively supports OSC control input, and you don't need OSCalculator to set it up, this will be unstoppable.

Thankful for the Logic update :D

  • looks awesome

Is everything already mapped out or do you have to do it manually, like Key Commands and such?

Is this a viable substitute for more expensive control surfaces, for those of us with less money than desired?

  • @AvantangoMedia everything you see in the video is everything i did, i've done nothing before that.

if it's a substitute for something different? only you can decide that.

  • Can someone come out with a Prophet VS template? Pretty please!!

    :)

  • @CountlovE someone? why not do it yourself? you need something like OSCulator at the moment ...

  • @awitez I wish I had the time..

  • Incredible! TouchOSC is the sole reason I bought my iPad, it's a true killer app :)

  • Good stuff.

  • Great news! Shared it at iPad Music on facebook.

  • that's way too good.

  • Hi!.Where can i find the template for Touch OSC.Thanks in advance :)

  • @phattgrooves It's in the new TouchOSC version 1.6.2 that just came out.

  • Yes! and it's working GREAT! nice work! to mr. h3xl3r... :)
