It's good, but you leave two octaves between the base and treble. The original song has a range at least this wide, but it doesn't work as well on piano. The piece either requires three hands, or a bit of 'reintepretation' to bring the base and treble closer together.

I only played on the low octave as it would sound so repetitive otherwise, as I used the next octave for the verses.

I can't read notes, but I can play keyboard and piano well (one handed.....) I play things by ear. Whatever I hear, I can play within about two minutes, even after hearing it for the first time.
