  • *NEWSFLASH* Youtube allows 10 min (even more for partners) for video uploads..How fuckin hard is it to get 1 recipe onto one video? noob village is so annoying

  • how dare you to use freaking fake ass pasta

  • loved it....come watch Chef Kaz on my page

  • sweeet! now i know how to boil pasta!

  • It is 1/2 cup of butter or spoonful of butter?

How much whipping cream do you need for the recipe? Cup or spoonful of whipping cream? What ingredients?

  • damn ppl.. calm the heck down.

  • you wasted my time showing me how to fucking boil water????? up yours!

  • Fucking useless! First of all the salt is in the water to salt the cooking pasta, not for texture. Secondly, adding oil to the water does NOTHING to keep the pasta from sticking (try not stirring it and see what happens). The oil does, however, keep the water from foaming and spilling over while the pasta is cooking (it breaks the surface tension of water so it does not foam easily).

And the last point: could you show me how to begin to boil water in 2 videos? Idiot!

  • dude ur so right, but i defently put olive oil to the water so it doesnt stick, it actually helps alot. besides stiring of course

  • Yes you are correct! Olive oil is best to put in the boiling water.

  • Its true. just plain chemistry im afriad.

  • you stupid fat troll you cant combine all these little clips for one video? this is lame i scoff at you

  • Fettuccine Alfredo, is probably an Italian-American recipe, couse in Italy is not known!

  • i can not stand these expert village videos. 50 videos per one recipe.

  • @huskerpride yep fucking annoying, combine it all into one for fuck sakes

  • i can not even follow these videos. why not make ONE video from start to finish. i am tryin to make this dish from scratch and i have given up. i can't find the first middle or end video.

  • Olive oil in the water!?! What a fucking moron.

  • It's to keep the pasta from sticking together moron.....

  • That is fucking bullshit. YOU DON'T NEED TO PUT OIL IN THE WATER. Only fuckihng noobs do that kind of shit.

Next time you make any kind of pasta just put salt in the water.

  • It helps to...

    A. Help the pasta not stick together.

    B. Make the pasta not taste plain.

I love how heated you get over something as simple as oil in pasta water.

  • I want you to do a simple science experiment.

Get a glass of boiling water.

    Put olive oil in it.

Notice how the oil floats on the top of the water?

THE OIL DOES NOTHING TO THE TASTE OR STICKINESS OF THE PASTA IN THE WATER.

    Morons.

  • I think his presentation was very helpful, and filled the need that I had, which is why I did the search on youtube in the first place. To encourage helpful postings, and discourage postings that seek to destroy a person's confidence, I wrote this response. To the person that submitted the video: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. There are people out here that appreciate what you are doing!

  • stupid fat dumb ass, thats not fettucine, thats spaghetti.

  • lol. yeah, right. keep it like that. fettucine its a sauce. try to use the internet for somthing esle than to post dumb ass coments. im milanese stupid fuck

  • Sorry to have to correct you here, but Fettuccine and Linguine are both kinds of noodles. Linguine is about half as broad as Fettuccine. The sauce really is called Alfredo Sauce, and is a cream based sauce consisting primarily of butter, garlic, and parmesan. You really should look into all the variety of pasta before calling someone stupid. I'm familiar with most pasta if you need some help identifying one from another in the future.

  • That was a real mean thing to say about someone who took the time to post something helpful. It was especially sad because you were wrong. If you had watched the subsequent videos, you would have seen that it was indeed Fettuccine (literally "little ribbons" in Italian, is a type of pasta. It is a flat, thick noodle made of egg and flour, similar to tagliatelle.) I am certain that you knew that already.

  • bahamuthze" what kind of a human being are you? "Stupid fat dumb ass". U searched for the video and I hope ur mother dies a horrible death and her corpses hopefully would be eaten by wild dogs. If she is dead, she will not be happy wherever she is. U stupid moron!

as for ur information, its fettuccine a type of pasta!

Thanks chef and ignore morons as such, his mum is already paying the price!

  • dude, you just told your mother history in a few lines. lol. i am one kinf of humam being that you will never be, a real one, not a fat redneck like yourself. i know what fettucine are, im milanese dumb fuck. try to take that stick out of your arse you seem to have dificulty on composing toughts.

  • "fat red neck"... Lol milanese, we would "see" about "the" type of human being you are! LOL!

  • and last but not least, do not use all that butter, NO way!!!Panna have already the butter so u need just 1 spoon or half (u could use olive oil as well)add the panna and the black pepper, just to warm a little bit before mixing with the pasta.

  • what on earth is that sauce????? Those are defenitally not fettuccine but linguine. Based ingredients for Le fettuccine are farina (flour)eggs,a part from salt and water of course.Linguine is made with soft flour and durum semolina. If you want to use the cream as a sauce than u have to use panna (not the sweet one which is used for dessert). Never use the dry parsley and do not coock it with panna, u just added in the end.

  • what the fuck is this expertvillage ur videos r confusing

  • I agree. Which is the next vid or the previous vid. I've watched three recipes all with different cooks, in other stages of the recipe. What does expertvillage have a monopoly on recipes on youtube?

  • How wet does the water need to be?

  • Until it rises in stiff peaks. Cook the water as long as this process takes to dry the water properly, adding water as necessary until you get the right consistancy.

  • Errrr? I was being flippant.

  • Errr? I was trying to be funny.

  • Errr? I know, I was trying to be ironic.

  • Errr? As long as you're not sarcastic.

  • Errr? Shut up XD

  • I would be very excited to eat this too...nice recipe, I will defnitley be using this in the future, thanx for sharing!!
