@southernraven1969 It's because "white" isn't much of a meaningful identifier, whereas blacks, Native Americans and other minorities often have a pan-ethnic identity as having faced similar hardships (the diaspora of slavery, forcible relocation, etc). Few people mind when individual white groups (Irish, Finns, Germans, etc...) celebrate their history, as these groups are culturally unique. "White" just doesn't have much uniting it as an identity.
