Use PS3 controller on PC Tutorial 32-bit (REVISED)

Anyone actually get this to work; drivers install fine, as well as buttons working in Controller Settings in Control Panel - no go however in an actual game. There has to be more than just installing the drivers and hitting the PS Home Key.

@MinDControlDx Yeah I guess so all you have to do is plug in the usb xbox controller or a wireless thing( connects wireless controllers up to 4) I just use the wired usb controller its cheaper then a wireless one.

@MinDControlDx Yes they made it so you just plug it in and it recognizes the controller. If you are using a program that does not recognize just download motionjoy. I use it for emulation and it recognizes my controller when I plug it in.

@DavidTheCatholic Not on PC it aint. The xbox controller is a great controller. And really simple, I have the wireless version. Oh yeah and more games natively support it. Because it's a more official thing. So in many games you don't even need to customize the controls.

In my experience, 360 controllers have a tendency to die a lot (3 dead or heavily worn (not suitable for competition) with less than 250 hours on them each), while both of my DS3 controllers have 400+ and no issues yet), and I've been very happy with my DS3 controllers on my PC thus far. Garbage/ just use motionjoy and it's in english anyway, but both have a major problem, you can't have a different look sensitivity when aiming down the sites, atleast not in MW2 .

Anyone know a fix I'd like to know. I spent all this money on MW2 months ago for pc and still can't use it. This sucks.

I tried every single way there is to remove, even registry and I can never completely remove it! I always check "driverquery" in the command prompt and the driver is still always there!

When I use a ps3 controller with PC and play cod4 or cod6, When I aim down the the sight it should lower the senstivity of the right analog stick like on ps3 but it doesnt, its the same when you aim down sight and when your gun is on him.
