  • Could you play Harry Potter theam?

  • "So what instrument does your friend play?"

"Oh he plays the wine glasses"

  • Amazingggg!

  • Amazing!!

  • wanted to see him play 'Flight Of The Bumble Bee'

  • @c487664 Level 1 theme from Treasure Master is harder when played note-by-note.

  • I love how you interpret these classical pieces. I'm sure Beethoven, Bach and everyone else, whom you have played songs from, would be astounded at your skill!

  • Why are ratings disabled, only rick rollers do that! I want to thumb up this video!

  • no matter how hard i try i can't even get one cup to make any sound

  • Amazing. It hardly seems possible.

  • Awesome

  • This guy makes everyone who plays a piano look like a bitch lol

  • @jbetenbender HOW DARE YOU xDD It's true, I do feel like a bitch when i watch this guy o.o

  • @jbetenbender how ?

  • @MrSimonpreece Because he's not simply pressing a key for one... and I wasn't being literal; I was joking about how his epicness would put a pianist to shame (someone who is already epicly skilled [again not literal... there's no shame]... grr u've unintentionally trolled me cuz I had to explain it... er at least I hope it was unintentional). Now I've died a little on the inside. ='(

  • I want a full orchestra with these...thingies

  • SSSSAAAAAAAAAAYYYY WWHHHAAAAAATTTT???????

    AAAWWWW NNNOOO HEEE DDDIIIINNNTTT????

  • delicate handwork

  • Robert, you are awe inspiring, absolutely fantastic, bellisimo!

  • @roberttiso WOW~ this is amazing. And at home, i have a wine glass but it would'nt make a sound, is it because the glass is too thick?

  • @shineelover16 the glass needs to be made of pure crystal. The glass you have (and I'm not trying to be rude) is probably of a poorer quality.

  • @ValiumandDolls oh i see, so thats why it wasnt making any sound haahah! anyway, it's okay, its not offensive after all, i did bought those glass at some kind of cheap store hahaha~

  • Awesome, but it needs to be MUCH heavier.

  • I got one question I would love to know.... I hope you answer back...

Once you set this up did you ever take it down?

Because it looks like it would take a long time to set it up take it down and set it up again.....

  • i think this guy might be a professional!

  • @roberttiso I could use some help, can you please tell me (if it not to much of a problem) the measures of the glasses you use? I'm trying to make one but have no clue about it

  • very nice

Are they Crystal or sim[le glass and what make are the glasses?

    Very talanted player too

Bravo and regards from Jerusalem in israel

  • Невероятно и потрясающе!!! Никто из подражателей даже не приблизился к уровню Вашего мастерства. Фантастика! А каков диапазон и схема размещения звуков?

  • I havent seen any other glass harp players can play as fast as you. Good job

  • wow *__* thank you for that amazing gift...me and my dad tried that too XDD it sounded like a bird having the flue XD thank you ones more again :)

  • One word - WOW!

I loved it. Thank you for posting this video for everyone to enjoy.

    Peace and blessings to you.

  • D: I just wonder how people could this like this? ... they probably don't seem to see all the affort and work that is behind tuning the glasses right and practising probably several times to play it so nicely. also I wonder, do you use notes or you play those masterpieces by heart? *_*

  • Youtube there is a mistake, there seems to be a dislike button at this video. Please correct this by disabling it

  • one of the most beautiful sounds that have come to my ears ever! the fact that 5 people didnt like this just means we have idiots who live around us as human beings... excellent work on the glass harp you are a prodigy amongst us all and im am proud to have listened to what amazing music glass can produce!!

  • one of the most beautiful sounds that have come to my ears ever! the fact that 5 people didnt like this just means we have idiots who live around us as human beings... excellent work on the glass harp you are a prodigy amongst us all and im am proud to have listened to what amazing music glass can produce!!

  • amazing! oh how i envy you (in a nice way)

  • Great music, please keep those videos coming!

  • five people practiced this with a broken glass and they cut their fingers

  • Czego to ludzie nie wymyślą! :D Słoń wpadł do składu porcelany i nie potłukł ani filiżanki!

  • 5 people must be deaf

  • @CpDA92 either that they maybe broke a glass.. LOL. and have no appreciation for classical music. :)

  • This is incredible and awesome!! You do such an fantastic job!!

  • in my opinion the sounds bring out the harmonious notes that the composers focused on so much

  • Absolutely incredible. I am grateful that I have messed about playing glasses to begin to understand the huge effort and skill you have put into this.

  • that rocks.. I love it

  • This and others of your work are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

  • Stunning sound, what i hear from here is like a combination of flute and high pitched violin.

I do however get this script in my mind...

How frustrated would you be ,while performing in a concert, being very thirsty , staring at glasses with water, not being able to drink one drop ...

  • Really nice! I wonder if cuts on the fingers are common when learning to play the glasses like that.

  • i love this man!!

  • This is mesmerizing! I would like to make a request, if you could perform Beethoven's 7th Symphony, movement 2 Allegretto. It is just an amazing piece and doesn't receive the praise it deserves by modern people(i don't know how it was treated way back when, but everyone knows Fur Elise and this). I'm willing to argue that the 7th symphony movement 2 is the best composition by beethoven(its not like i can have a valid argument but i like it so much) Amazing performance!

  • How are those glasses tuned ? you have three rows...is it according to the circle of fifht ? What is the first row, and second and third ?

    Thanks

  • and i am proud that i can whiz with a bottle if beer ..... some times i feel useless

  • My heart melted away! <3

  • I'm still shocked XD

  • How does this guy memorize it???? Also, how on earth does he play it???

  • @mattfarti It's called practice and hard work.

  • a dj would wish to be able to do this

  • simply amazing!!

  • ive watched a couple of your videos and enjoyed what ive heard. have you thought of making an orchestra or sorts of glass players? can you imagine the beautiful sound, intensity and power coming from arounf 20-30 glass players all playing together.

  • its very difficult to play staccato on a instrument like this....

  • One thing that bugs me it that the three note motif he plays has more of a triplet feel than an eighth rest - eighth note - eighth note - eighth note feel like it should.

  • sei veramente bravo robert !!! vorrei farti però una domanda...quanto ci metti per preparare tutti i bicchieri con la dose giusta di acqua?! hehe

spero che tu riesca a far conoscere questo tipo di musica a tante persone! bb

  • gotta re tune every hour or so

  • haha, I wish I could see Beethoven's face if he saw this, it would be epic :)) very good 5/5

  • Robert, you are an amazing musician!

  • do you perform live with this?

  • Do carols of the bells..lol

  • im curious to know is how many glasses have you broken/splinters as a result of practice?

  • Tres bien fait!! Chapeau!

  • Nice :O

  • Brilliant. Well done man!

240+ punches for the 3 dislikers

  • To jest wspaniałe. Po raz pierwszy słyszę i widzę takiego wirtuoza. [ Elżbieta Wiesława Surowa ]. Brawo Rafał !

  • szlachetne dzwięki

  • Great again!!!!!!

  • AMAZING. I'm a Music minor in the US and am trying this. What is the composition of the glasses you use?

  • i love u !!!

  • wow this was by far the coolist thing i've ever seen! I knew glasses filled with different amounts of water could make different sounds but i never thought they could be used like this! Great job!

  • If I may request a classical piece that I believe would sound complimentary to the glass harp. Prokofiev's Montegues and Capulet. George Gershwin has a few nice pieces that would translate into this instrument with great sound as well

I have watched all your clips over and over, I am a true fan of your talent, and I wish you all the best success. Well done Robert!

  • i new and i love your work but i have one question has any of the crystal cups break on you as you played them? This is probably a dumb question but i'm just courious

  • Dear Robert,

    You are INCREDIBLE and INSPIRING!

Where could I buy such an instrument?

  • amazing, i wish to see more of this in the near future

  • Who's the idiot that thought cups were only for drinking?

Beautiful music man, coming your glass harp :D

  • classical music rulez!

  • beautifull

  • 美しい音色。感動で鳥肌が立ちました。

  • great!!! fantastic!!! mai vista cosa del genere!!!

  • I would pay big money to see him play.

Have him on center stage playing with a big mirror above him, giving that view down.

  • And not a single mistake :O

  • bravoooooooooo!!!!!! evvivaaa!!!!

  • Fantastic!!!!

  • i can say this guy has a true gift!! :O

  • I dont know how he does it but it is *BEAUTIFUL*!!!!!!!!! Bravo!!

  • This is what we call " mad Skill"

  • Even my music teacher called this mad skill. He let us try making sounds on these glasses. It was so cool!

  • i saw you in the street in Bologna

    the dvd is very good!

  • A marvelous performance! What dedication and skill! Bravo!

  • المذهل إنه عزفها بدون ولا غلطة واحدة ، شئ رااااائع بجد
