  • I read somewhere recently in a health magazine that if you skip breakfast you have a 450 % maybe it was 500% chance of being obese. Something to think about.

    You have to understand the difference between correlation and causation though. Not eating breakfast doesn't cause someone to be fat, there are too many other factors involved. I could write an article linking ones' fondness for the color purple and cancer risk if I took the time to look at the stats/trends and worded it properly.

    otherwise it runs about 50% slower and you burn less during the day

  • Man! I wish we could trade bodies. I do understand your goal to lose weight. i'm lifting and eating to gain weight. At 5'10, 223lbs, that's a bit small. You're a big guy(genetically built). You're not meant to be thin and small. You like an offensive lineman. I wish you were happy with your size...but I TOTALLY understand not being happy with it. Good luck though man...to both of us.

  • is it true that body fat melts away like cheese while you do vigorous exercise? nobody told me so but i do think so. i've always been made to believe that body fat loss is slow and gradual but each time i spend 30 mins jogging vigorously on the treadmill, i notice my manboobies and thighs are slightly smaller than they were that morning. i'm never been morbidly obese though just some blubber around my neck, belly, chest and thighs which i want to burn away before it gets out of hand

  • Try Sensa. It's very simple. You just sprinkle it on everything you eat. It will help curb your appetite and make you feel fuller, faster! It has been working great for my bf and I. We've been using Sensa for about 2 months now. He has lost close to 20 lbs. & I have lost 12 lbs.! I highly suggest you at least check it out. I really think it will work for you! Good Luck! :)

  • i relate to you so much. i recently lost about 90 pounds but still find myself binging (4000+ in a day sometimes and im agirl) from time to time. Heres the thing---i think you're perfect just as you are and id love to hang out with you. no hiding behind the pillow!!! order a couple pizzas and watch some TV no pressure no expectations and no worries! good luck to you man, I think you;re HOT and super nice.

  • I weigh 103 pounds and today I ate a bowl of oatmeal, an egg, an apple, one and a half cookies, 8 strawberries, one banana, 4-5 cups of shredded cabbage with 2 tablespoons of yogurt dressing, 4 mini cucumbers, a can of baked beans, some spinach, and like 10 almonds.... YEA and that was just breakfast and lunch :|

  • You know, we all have stuff we have to deal with. Know that you are a very attractive guy. Perhaps try working out more if you are not happy with so much fat. I am a gainer and am actually trying to get fatter.

  • First of all, you are very attractive as a big guy. So change if you desire to...but many love you the way you are and you don't need to change to find love and acceptance in the world.

    And not eating breakfast is the #1 thing sumo wrestlers do to get fat. They don't eat breakfast, then they exercise for 5 hours. They are totally hungry at lunchtime and eat and eat and eat. Sound familiar? So if you want to stay fat, don't eat breakfast.

  • Compleately honestly, you're video put me in tears, I totally understand where you're coming from and I"m definately going to be watching the rest. I myself am around 380lbs.... Simply because I dont eat in the mornig and then I eat massive meals, and as soon as I"m not in that after meal pain, where my stomache feels as it's about to burst and my zipper needs to be undone, I'm right back with my face in my fridge. Over eating is a problem and more people need to realise it. yo So much and GL :)

  • Eat until I am stuffed. An hour later, "Hey, there is some room. Let me eat again. In fact, if I eat while I am laying down, it is less uncomfortable and I can eat more." This is unfortunately all too common :(

  • Holy Crap! I thought I was the only one who used backup drinks. We are totally going to be friends. We have too much in common not to be. I'm gonna ask my daddy if he ever slept around PA cause we are so alike we gotta be related. lol

  • Although I am within a healthy weight range I love to eat too. The trick is to have a set portion of protein and carbs but you can eat as much high fibre vegies as you like, such as broccoli, (stir fried-tasty) cabbage, carrots, spinach. Give the fork some breathing space inbetween mouthfuls. And remember the 80/20 diet. 80 good balanaced meals, and with the odd treat a few times a week and fruit as snacks. Nothing wrong with the odd soda or burger, just not as your daily sustenance. Good luck!

  • Hey man kudos for being honest and confronting your weaknesses and habits, its takes a lot of guts (no pun intended), and for putting yourself out their despite your nerves and discomfort. Eating breakfast can make a big difference, have heard that by eating irregularly your metabolism slows down and the body actually stores more fat as it thinks it will go a long period without food. Even a banana smoothie can make a difference. Good luck with the new lifestyle!
