Tallinn Technical University is awful. Most if not all masters' level classes are online or in the late evening and taught by former (recent) TTU graduates or simply anyone who can speak English. These lectors miss classes at random, assign no homework, and rarely give exams. There are no courses of even remotely European level of education or difficulty. Students who come here will learn nothing and will be at a severe disadvantage when they return home.
