exercise is so the key and keeping my meals as protein first and protein most.. very few carbs, except complex carbs. this journey is such a learning curve
It Has been a long time! so glad to see an update from you! Congrats on all of the changes. I didn't walk much in my first 2 months and I definitely see the huge difference now that I Am walking everyday now. You are So right. Exercise is so important. The thing is: if we will just do this critical exercise for this chapter of our lives, the weight Will come off! & it shouldn't come back even if we don't excerise constantly afterwards as long as our diet is right! Thank u for updating us!
Great to see you! You will keep losing. Just get a bit more active ... cut your carbs and focus on protein. Be sure to get your liquids in and it will happen!! I was just thinking of you the other day!! Wish you were coming to our meet and greet this weekend friend. Tom
I'm 54 and trust me, it's just slower for us. You're right, we spent much more of our life NOT exercising so it's a bit harder to change lifelong habits. Just don't give up. Every day is a new chance. I haven't lost a lot since January either. Gosh, I have the same gastritis issues too....before and after surgery. Hang in there.
