if your unit is more than 6 years old, change the fan motor , capacitor and contactor to be safe. (about 120 $- 150 $ in parts) that's pretty much all the electric items that can go wrong on a condensing unit exept for the compressor.

My condenser fan is making a humming noise and got really hot with burnt smell I shut the power off, when I turn it on when cooled the fan is not rotating any longer, Do you have any idea what could be wrong, motor, capacitor or the compressor?
