FYI, nothing in this video showed the real Karachi. It's a sales presentation with artist imagies. The actual footage they've shown here are from other first world cities... I recognized Sydney, Australia.

what can I say about it man. Everyone is resposible for their own words. Holy Fuck....I've been to that area in Karachi..and it's pretty much just an empty desert outside of the city...Hawk's Bay is a nice beach...but there are barely any permanent settlements.
This project seems almost too good to be true...however, if there was anyone who could do this, I'd be the companies that made Dubai...because if you look at a picture of Sheikh Zayed rd in Dubai from 1990 and from 2008...there's an unbelievable amount of development that was done in that time...so maybe...

I think this is a great idea for Pakistan and for Karachi...It will be nice to see Karachi with White Sand Beaches, Crystal Clear Blue Waters, Palm Trees etc. It will also be a boost for Marine life where you can go snorkelling and scuba diving exploring Marine fish and rich Coral life...A true Paradise for Pakistani citizens in Pakistan and overseas...no need to travel to Maldives, Seychelles, or any other Tropical destination even in Spain or the Caribbean, Pakistan will have it all Inshallah
